Large Long Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver Natural Turquoise & Coral Ring HEAVY

  

This listing is for a large vintage Navajo ring, handcrafted from Sterling Silver, Turquoise, and Coral. NOTE: Last 4 photos show the ring modeled on a medium/large hand. Beautifully handcrafted in the mid century, this ring is a beautiful example of classic Navajo work. It features a thick long ring face boasting 2 natural Turquoise stones along with a natural mediterranean coral.

The 3 stones have rich color qualities with natural matrix inclusions and a satin polished finish. Each stone rests securely in a sawtooth bezel over a hearty bed of silver with large hand poured starburst droplets nestled between them.

The dark oxidization below the stones intensifies their color while also creating depth and dimension to the ring. The sides of the rings have a slick polished finish and taper down in width while traveling down, eventually becoming the band. It's a very sturdy band and in perfect round wearable shape. This vintage Navajo ring will make a great addition to any collection.

Cherish and enjoy this ring before handing it down in the future. Size - Sits between 11.5 and 11.75 on a ring mandrel. Weight - 24.5 Grams. Ring Face Measurements - The ring face measures 1-1/2" long by a little over 3/4" wide.

The ring face along with the stones sit on top of the finger about 1/4 high. Stone Measurements - The larger turquoise stone measures 3/4" long by 7/16" wide and the smaller turquoise is 1/2" long by 1/2" wide.

The coral measures 7/16" long by 3/8" wide. Shank Measurements - At bottom center the shank measures 3/16" wide and gradually widens all the way up to face on each side, measuring about 1" wide.

Signed by Artist - NO. Stamped Sterling - NO, tested and verified. Mid To Later-Mid Century, 1950's +. Condition - Preowned, in excellent vintage condition with original stones and a slight patina, ready to wear or display. I treat every item as if it were my own.
