VTG NAVAJ0 J NELSON STERLING DRY CREEK TURQUOISE CUFF BRACELET; BEAUTIFUL STONE. Dry Creek is one of the most unusual types of turquoise because of its characteristic pale or powder blue color and its distinct brown or rust-colored matrix. While you can find Dry Creek ranging in color from a pale powder blue to more of a sky blue, powder blue with brown matrix is often preferred so there's no doubt it's Dry Creek.
When I wear it, it's always a conversation starter since most people aren't familiar with turquoise in the Dry Creek shades. This is a very nice Dry Creek bracelet with the expected pale blue coloring and lots of brown matrix. Signed J Nelson and stamped sterling. I have a Dry Creek ring listed that would look very nice with this bracelet. Feel free to ask questions that aren't answered here or in the photos. Bracelet weight is 29.4 grams. 5 3/8" inner circumference from end to end plus 1" gap.See photos for additional measurements and condition.
